We provide advice at every stage of the transaction, from negotiating a transition services agreement to assisting with post-acquisition integration. Our clients rely on us for independent IP transactions, as well as to help structure the IP aspects of some of the company’s largest and most complex domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, often in collaboration with our M&A departments, finance, tax, communications groups, antitrust, litigation and bankruptcy.
